Kaitie is an experienced marketing professional with proven success in social media, writing, public relations, content creation, and digital marketing.
By day, Kaitie works as a Director of Destination Strategy for Madden Media, a full-service agency specializing in tourism. In addition to her full-time work in destination marketing, Kaitie is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Travel & Tourism from Temple University’s School of Sport, Tourism, and Hospitality Management.
Previously, she served as the Content & Communications Manager for Discover Lehigh Valley. In this role, Kaitie managed social media efforts, content creation, and media relations efforts. While working in this role, she served as the Chair of the Mid-Atlantic Tourism Public Relations Alliance, working to expand awareness of the organization and expand its reach.
In 2016, Kaitie was named to Destinations International’s “30 Under 30” program, and she now sits on the 30 Under 30 Alumni Committee.
Kaitie is a graduate of Muhlenberg College where she received a BA in Media & Communications. She remains actively connected to the ‘Berg community as a frequent volunteer and member of both the Alumni Board and the executive committee of the Young Alumni Council. Locally, Kaitie serves on the Board of Directors for the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and volunteers for the Bethlehem Food Co-Op.
